Walk

• Can you commit to 10 miles a week?
• It is just 3.33 miles a day 3 times a week

Runner

• Can you commit to 15 miles a week?

Bikers

• Can you commit to 100 miles a week?

Every mile counts in fitness!! Let's try to get fit together!!!! You can do this from anywhere, including the basement of your home! Team Arnav will track your mileage.

There are prizes for each event for the final winners*

• First prize - $100
• Second Prize - $50
• Third Prize - $30

* Winners (of the three events) will be requested to verify their miles through apps such as Strava, Mapmyride, Polar, Garmin, or any other tracker.

Once you register:

Please send in your mileage to be recorded on a weekly basis to the email above. We will need your date, miles, and location (treadmills, training bikes, ellipticals, etc. are allowed)

• Team Arnav will track your mileage on a weekly basis
• Team Arnav will post the winners on a weekly basis.
• The person that makes the most miles for walk, bike and run by the end of the month will be final winners

All participants will get a Team Arnav T-shirt (deadline 7/6/20). For locals, we will announce a few pick up times. If unable or if you are from out of town, we will mail T-shirts to you.

Ways to have fun with the event

• Challenge a buddy to walk, run or bike by tagging them in social media
• Team up in small groups to enjoy your walk run or bike. Remember to adhere to COVID guidelines
• Share a picture of your favorite place to walk
• Past a selfie during your walk, run or bike event
• Wear Team Arnav shirts or Yellow T-shirts to honor Arnav or raise OS awareness
• DONATE to our cause to eradicate Pediatric Osteosarcoma
